Cookie Policy
Preliminary version — last revised: 25 June 2026. This page describes the cookies used by the kaboom.cloud website and by the app.dpp.kaboom.cloud application panel.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user's terminal, where they are stored to be transmitted back to the same sites on subsequent visits. They are used to recognise the device, make the site work properly and collect aggregated statistics.
2. Technical cookies (always active)
The site uses only technical session cookies, necessary for proper functioning. They do not require prior consent pursuant to article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. In particular:
- Application session cookies — issued by our identity provider (Zitadel) to keep the user authenticated during navigation. They expire upon logout or browser close.
- Local preference cookies — store the selected language and other interface preferences. Maximum duration 12 months, modifiable or removable from browser settings.
- Anti-CSRF cookies — technical tokens that protect submission forms from cross-site attacks. Lifetime equal to the session.
3. Analytics cookies
At present, the site does not use analytics cookies nor third-party profiling tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Aggregated traffic statistics are collected server-side from anonymised access logs. Should analytics tools be activated in the future, the site will display a prior consent banner in line with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
4. Third-party cookies
The DPP public passport pages (subdomain passaporto.kaboom.cloud) may use static resources served by third-party CDNs (fonts, JS libraries) — such resources are integrated in a way that does not set persistent cookies on the user's device. In case of future integrations with third-party services that set cookies (e.g. video embeds, social plugins) this policy will be updated and a dedicated consent banner will be shown.
5. How to disable cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair the site's functionality (e.g. inability to remain authenticated). Below are the instruction links for the most common browsers:
